The research was developed in the area of Mining Project "Immaculada" of Compañía Minera Ares SAC, located in Oyolo district, Sara Páucar province, Ayacucho region. The wetland to move for purposes of compensation and environmental management, is located in the Laguiña broken, and part of the natural habitat of the area, being the recipient of the hill streams Huarmapata. The research involved physical and biological characterization of wetlands Laguiña, making the experimental stage 1 have alternative best water and soil conditions, these field activities included the establishment of sites, deposits of topsoil, plant handling, maintenance and subsequent monitoring, to achieve the regeneration of wetlands in the sector selected for transfer. The vegetation was extracted in small patches (huts) of 50x50x30 cm, composed mainly of Distichia muscoides and Oxychloe Andean, with a total of six (06) extraction points; then five (05) receiving vegetation plots were set up, resembling the physical and chemical conditions of the original habitat, but adapted the receiver soil through earthmoving and replacement of topsoil with topsoil of Laguiña sector; and due to the lack of water availability in the receiver section, the construction of a main channel on land with four sand traps, and a network of secondary channels is performed, partially diverting water from the Patari broken into the experimental area, without this affects the different uses of water at the bottom of the watershed. For the rapid regeneration of damaged vegetation during the transfer; a foliar fertilizer being applied positive result, however, the results vary considerably from one concentration to another. A test was also conducted with stimulating hormone, auxin such as rooting; considerable growth observed at higher concentration. Regeneration and adaptability of the vegetation in an area of 2 000 m2 verifying the environmental viability of the wetlands in a new physical space similar conditions was evident, allowing Mining Project "Immaculada" to carry out the construction of a tailings dam prior environmental management. Keywords: wetlands, environmental, adaptability.
