The present investigation focused on the study of a proposal for a Pediatric Physical Rehabilitation Center based on the theories of early multisensory stimulation in Víctor Larco, where it was possible to demonstrate a lack of environments and buildings for the physical rehabilitation of children with disability, taking into account that this is of the utmost importance for their social, urban and personal development in a common space, for this reason it is proposed to find a solution and determine the architectural design criteria for a Pediatric Physical Rehabilitation Center. The main methods that were used in the development of the research were the collection analysis techniques and instruments, which addressed specific qualities in the design phase obtained in the results of case analysis; thus reaching the development of an architectural object with character and disposition for boys and girls with physical disabilities. Finally, we obtain a state of adequate and optimal spaces in relation to their form and function, achieving environments with a lot of comfort for the patient, in addition, the project is designed through a base of studied background information that will allow the patient to be integrated into the study and work.
