The present research entitled "FACTORS INFLUENCING THE SATISFACTION LEVEL OF USERS OF THE BECA 18 SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM IN ORDINARY MODE IN THE DEPARTMENT OF CUSCO, THE 2021 PERIOD" The purpose of the research is to understand the factors that influence the satisfaction level of users of the Beca 18 scholarship program during their study period, who are in their final cycles or have completed their studies in the year 2020 in different technical higher education institutes in the department of Cusco. It also aims to analyze whether the program's implementation during the study period is meeting the objectives set from the perspective of the users (scholarship recipients). The research is an explanatory case study conducted using a mixed methodological approach. It is based on four sources of information and four data collection techniques, involving ten variables. While the Beca 18 program fulfills its commitments as outlined in the technical documents, it does not necessarily ensure that it is being carried out in a way that results in optimal user satisfaction, as user expectations surpass the perceived service quality (there exists a gap). Furthermore, intangible factors related to communication and support, resources received, program management, rights, and equal treatment have been identified as influencing the satisfaction level of users, all of which impact the development of users towards effective social justice.
