The present investigation had as a general objective to determine the degree of relationship between environmental ergonomics and work performance from the perception of administrative personnel in the Provincial Municipality of Canchis, Cusco - 2022; Considering for variable 1, environmental ergonomics, the following dimensions were considered: job dimensions, work posture, environmental comfort requirements, and for variable 2, job performance supported by three types of behaviors, the following dimensions were considered: homework, citizenship, obstacles to productivity. The type of research is basic, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive correlational cross-sectional scope since the research was developed at the same time, in a single space and with a single population and shows a number of 84 collaborators. , to which a survey was conducted. The results obtained were that there is a high relationship between environmental ergonomics and job performance from the perception of the administrative staff who work in the Provincial Municipality of Canchis Cusco - 2022, according to the Spearman coefficient, obtaining a value of (0.788), which entails to conclude that: the better the environmental ergonomics, the better the job performance of administrative workers.
