Abstract: En esta investigación el objetivo general consistió en describir las características de la ansiedad de
los trabajadores del Hospital II-E Túpac Amaru, durante el periodo de pandemia, Cusco – 2022.
La investigación es descriptiva, es diseño no experimental transversal. La población de estudio
conformada de 140 trabajadores y se aplicó el Inventario de Ansiedad de Beck para recopilar la
información. Se aplico la estadística descriptiva y la prueba F Análisis con ANOVA de un factor
para determinar si existe discrepancia en las distintas categorías. En los resultados indica que los
trabajadores del Hospital II-E Túpac Amaru, predomina la característica de ansiedad moderada
con un 64.3%, en segundo lugar, es la ansiedad leve con un 28.6% y en tercer lugar está la ansiedad
severa con un 7.1%. Se concluyo que los trabajadores del Hospital II-E Tupac Amaru tienen
ansiedad de característica moderada.
In this research, the general objective is to describe the characteristics of anxiety of the workers of the Hospital II-E Túpac Amaru, during the pandemic period, Cusco – 2022.
