This work is looking forward to knowing what the support of business initiatives in companies are. Besides, it helps us understand the business initiative's definition to show the impact it has on new brand and business's development, and how they reverberate on their locality. In that sense, this work's purpose is to contrast the authors postures about appropriate strategies that will support the business's initiatives. Consequently, the investigation's specific purpose is to establish what cultural resonance is, to establish what business's initiative definition is; so then, we would be able to analyze the main strategies for business's initiatives development and finally, to show the entrepreneurship as a mainstay of business's initiatives. Therefore, we announce different postures for a business initiative support in the companies, one if the strategies to develop this initiative is the cultural resonance, which gathers the efforts to line up the business players thinking with their main audience. Finally, this study's results allowed to demonstrate that cultural resonance can be a tool with which any entrepreneurship could achieve any desired success, but this is not the only strategy to develop business's initiative and there are still missing studies in this term.
