The main objective of the following investigation was to determine the role of institutional management as an instrument for the social inclusion of Kukamas Kukamiria women in their medical care at the Nauta health center, Loreto, in 2022. The study was carried out under a qualitative with an ethnographic design gathering information on the meanings and symbolic construction of the sample. This was made up of 50 Kukamas women who receive pre- and postnatal care, 15 health professionals and 5 public officials from the Nauta district, to whom a semi-structured interview was applied. The results showed that the institution defends cultural relevance, recognizing sanitary practices of the Kukama community such as vertical childbirth and the consumption of traditional medicines. It was concluded that the Nauta Health Center has developed an institutional management that promotes social inclusion in the care of Kukama women with strategies.
