In the research work, the proposal for improving the jewelry production process was ana-lyzed using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, VSM, and TPM tools to determine how they would enhance operations planning at TAYKA company. The paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter analyzes the problematic reality of the company and sets the research objectives. The second chapter details the methodology and procedure to arrive at the analysis of each proposal. The third chapter presents the results of each proposal, showing that with 5S, monthly costs are reduced by S/ 6,300.00, with VSM and the proposed plant layout redesign, annual costs are reduced by S/ 4,080.00, and with TPM, machine availability is improved by an average of 18%, increasing from 62% to 82%. Through the analysis of the research and the results of each proposal, it can be determined that it is possible to improve the jewelry production process by applying Lean Manufacturing tools to enhance operations planning at Tayka E.I.R.L company, resulting in a monthly benefit of S/ 6,640 and a 18% improvement in machine availability.
