The present research work has allowed us to evaluate and focus with the implementation of the Last Planner System (LPS); to identify the different deficits of lost yields, in the execution of restoration projects in historical monuments, applied the tools; of this system has allowed us to improve productivity; during the practice period and has allowed us to establish a pilot model for its implementation; in other similar projects. The traditional execution model used for these projects has long execution periods, which, associated with the time involved, implies higher costs than those foreseen and approved by the entity in charge of their development. This research has focused on the implementat of tols associated with the Lost Planner Sistem, which has allowed the analysis of samples in the field and the subsequent application of improvement strategies for the different indicators to optimize productivity, earned value, and compliance with the scope, time and costs assigned to the restoration projects. The application of the methodology makes use of tools such as the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Master Plan, constraint analysis, which processed the data as the percentage of the planer fulfilled and the couses of noncompliances, this analysis has allowed to overcome the 31% of jobs that do not add product value. Once these indicators have been overcome and the methodologies have been consistently applied, the results obtained show productivity improvements; results that reinforce the research results, in the implementation of Last Planner System tools; as a production improvement. results, in the implementated of tols of the Lost Plan Sistem; as a production improvement.
