Last-mile logistics has become more relevant in cities due to an increase in electronic commerce (eCommerce) that has been accentuated since the Covid-19 pandemic and this growing trend continues until the period 2022-2025. That is why the company BYM Logistics SAC has decided that the product distribution service reaches the level and characteristics that allow it to satisfy the demands of customers. The objective of this work is to design a product distribution network for a logistics operator in Metropolitan Lima that is efficient, safe, sustainable with the environment, customer-oriented and with the integration of collaborative distribution with a unique process distribution. The Business Process Management (BPM) methodology is proposed, integrated with performance indicators (logistics and SDG2) in order to link the strategic objectives of the company with logistics operations and contribute to a systematic approach that allows identifying, controlling and improving the performance of the distribution network from the point of view of the company and the customer to then turn it into a source of competitive advantage.
