The central objective of the study was to determine the relationship that exists between the motivation and the engagement of the workers in the company Corporación Resistencias Laser S.A.C. district of San Martin de Porres, 2023. For the methodology, it was applied with a quantitative approach, as well as the non-experimental and cross-sectional design; The population was all the workers of the company and the sampling was census, for which the sample was made up of the total number of workers, which are 15. The survey was applied as a technique and the instrument was a questionnaire for work motivation based on the theory McClelland and the UWES questionnaire for the engagement variable; both questionnaires were validated by Navarro (2020) and Baldassari (2022) subsequently. The reliability of the results obtained a value of 0.799 for "work motivation" and 0.844 for "Engagement through Cronbach's alpha, being at an acceptable level. Then, the results went through a normality test where the variables and dimensions had a sig > 0.05, thus showing a non-normal distribution, for which a non-parametric statistical test such as "Spearman's Rho" was applied. It concluded that the motivation and engagement of the workers have a direct relationship of 0.530 since the sig = 0.042 less than 0.05, which results in a considerable positive relationship.
