The purpose of this study is to contrast the different positions of the authors regarding the challenges of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in service companies, based on some case studies on the implementation of this concept in organizations. This research may allow them to make decisions in anticipation of possible future failures, as well as to maximize the success indicators of GSCM and the factors found to optimize it. One of the main factors that causes pollution to the environment originates in the supply chain processes of companies, which is why a greater interest has been developed in the management of the same, in order to verify whether it is feasible to implement the GSCM in service companies. For this purpose, several literary sources are reviewed, with a maximum of five years old, showing an increase in the problem of environmental sustainability, as well as the emergence of several gaps that hinder the GSCM. Despite this, some drivers are also identified, whose role is focused on supporting the implementation of CSPM. Therefore, throughout this research, a comparative analysis of the different positions adopted by some authors on the impact of CSMM in service companies is developed, in order to obtain information that can be used in the environmental field of organizations.
