The general purpose of this study is to analyze labor informality in the active tourism associations of Cusco during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a descriptive quantitative study with a non-experimental design, which used the survey and the questionnaire as data collection techniques and instruments. The study population was made up of Active Tourism Licensed Members, and a sample of 54 members was selected through a non-probabilistic sampling. The results of the study revealed that, during the pandemic, 68.5% of active tourism graduates were working informally, while 31.5% were in a formal situation. In addition, it was observed that labor informality mainly affected active male tourism members (55.6%), whose age range was between 40 and 49 years (27.8%).
