The objective of the study is to determine the perception of cultural expressions and their relationship with the practice of responsible tourism in the city of Iquitos, 2019, had the purpose of knowing whether or not there is a relationship between the variable "cultural expressions" and the variable "responsable tourism". A quantitative, correlational design investigation has been carried out in a population and sample of 50 tourism actors who direct and comply with the policies of the Tourism sector of the city of Iquitos, workers and officials who work in public companies or local governments . To obtain the statistical data, the SPSS25 program was used, with which the reliability of the data collection instrument was obtained, on the other hand, using this program the general hypothesis has also been demonstrated with the contingency table statistic, obtaining the chi-square: X2 = 2.498; df = 2; p = 0.287; as the asynptonic significance is greater than p = 0.05, the null hypothesis is accepted, so it is statistically held that there is no relationship between the variables studied; However, the univariate analysis gives us important information to understand the need to protect or change actions on cultural expressions and with respect to responsible tourism.
