The main objective of the present investigation is to determine the level of relationship that exists between job satisfaction and work engagement of the workers of the San Pedro lubricants business group, Huancayo - 2020. Starting from the initial assumption, we wanted to verify the level of relationship based on a correlational scale. For which, a methodology of the basic type, level and correlational design was proposed; determining a population of 30 workers, being the same number of study subjects considered as population; the survey was established as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. Having applied a pilot test to determine the reliability of the instrument, it was determined that this is high, so we proceeded with the application of the proposed instrument. Reaching the conclusion that, based on the statistical test of correlation, a strong positive relationship was identified (rs = 0.804, p <0.05), confirming the alternate hypothesis raised, for which it was identified that, if there is a significant relationship between the job satisfaction variable and the job engagement variable.
