The general objective of this research is to determine the incidence between the Burnout syndrome variable and the job satisfaction variable in the Department of Aid to Diagnosis and Treatment of the “Ramiro Priale Priale” National Hospital of Essalud. For which an investigation of the basic, quantitative, transversal and non-experimental type, of correlational level, and descriptive correlational design was proposed; considering a population of 210 workers and a sample of 80 study subjects, calculated under a simple finite probability sampling. Using the survey as a research technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. Concluding that, in relation to the general objective set, it was determined through correlational statistical tests, based on the Spearman Rho coefficient, that, if there is a very significant relationship between the Burnout syndrome variable and the job satisfaction variable (rs = 0.814, p <0.05) at a strong positive level. Identifying that the relationship between the research variables is statistically significant.
