In recent decades, management information systems and process management have become increasingly important, both internationally and nationally. The different educational institutions of the different levels are investigating the relationship and influence of these variables. Management information systems and process management are variables that fulfill a basic function for the success of people. These two variables have a preponderant role in the educational process since the training and instruction of future citizens depends on them. Management information systems mark the beginning of huge undertakings in the population and management by processes is related to the development of hard skills, directly related to the rationality of the person. Therefore, management information systems and process management are mutually linked. In this way, this research seeks to find the degree of relationship between management information systems and process management in the Ministry of Culture in 2019. Therefore, the work has been structured as follows: In Chapter I, it is clear that the statement of the problem is directed to the description of the problem of reality, the problems, the objectives, and general and specific hypotheses, variables and indicators, as well as the justification of the investigation are raised. . Also theoretical framework and concepts of basic terms.
