This document focuses on the study of the agricultural area in Carhuaz - Ancash, of farm field owner, current yellow corn farmer, who harvests based on his own procedures currently obtaining 10.65 Tn/ha per year, which has been decreasing on an annual basis. For this reason, this project theoretically proposes the improvement and standardization of processes through the Lean Logistics Philosophy, focusing on 4 sub-processes. The first sub-process is that of inventories, which establishes the actions to be carried out to maintain an inventory of both inputs and production, through a record of stocks, order and standardization. The second sub-process is purchasing, in which the best suppliers are searched for and selected in order to guarantee very good quality products and much faster delivery times. The third and fourth sub-process is storage of supplies and products, which provide storage standards so that the resources are used to the maximum and the minimum amount of waste is generated. Finally, with the standardization, organization, and improvement of activities in the 4 sub-processes, the improvement proposals generated significant savings due to the reduction of defective products in the warehouse, savings with new suppliers and losses of future customers in the market.
