The Hospital Veterinario Oasis del Sur emerged due to the lack of municipal vets in the District of Villa el Salvador, it offers low-cost services to pets and stray dogs that need medical help. In addition, it seeks to raise awareness about the responsible ownership of pets and respect for all living beings. This project seeks to improve the visual communication of the Hospital Veterinario Oasis del Sur with the inhabitants of Villa el Salvador who, in turn, seek to maintain responsible ownership of their pets. Improving communication tools would not only benefit the veterinary hospital but people with pets and stray animals who need them. The general objective is to unify the visual language of the Hospital Veterinario Oasis del Sur towards its users about its services and information related to responsible ownership. To achieve this goal, three specific objectives must be achieved: define elements for the visual identity, optimize the design of information in its different channels and propose identity applications that fit your low cost budget. To carry out the objectives, the realization of a visual identity was proposed that shows what the Vet seeks to transmit and that unifies the visual language in its physical and virtual channel. The applications that were made follow its low cost policy, one of these being to digitize the content that is delivered to its clients. The limitations of the project were taken as opportunities to devise creative solutions to the problem, and its lack of identity was taken as an opportunity to propose different solutions from graphic design.
