The Research has shown that conflicts between stakeholders during decision making can cause delays, non-compliance and even project stoppages. Therefore, this research is focused on finding an alternative to reduce the percentage of delays due to conflicts that may occur between stakeholders during the decision-making process in the execution stage of public works in Peru. The alternative proposed for the development of this research is the use of collaborative software (Groupware), tools that allow the members of a work team to communicate fluently, as well as to share information instantaneously. It was found that, in public works projects, in charge of small companies of medium contracting capacity, similar problems are presented, that is why it is possible to have the same solution. In this case, the solution would be the implementation of the Notion software. To validate this, the software usage guide was submitted to an expert judgment, which was favorable to the hypothesis proposed. Therefore, it is concluded that the implementation of this application is a valid alternative to manage public works projects as it improves communication channels and facilitates access to information between the different areas of a project.
