The general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the prevalence of anemia and socioeconomic factors in pregnant adolescents treated at the Pichanaki- 2019 hospital. Regarding the methodology of study sequence, it was of scientific method of correlational level, applied type, of descriptive correlational design. A probability sample of 72 pregnant adolescents was assumed with the non-probability sampling technique for convenience. Using a questionnaire and a documentary analysis card in the data collection and direct observation guide; in the inferential analysis the Chi-square test was used with a statistical significance p ≤ 0.05. Among the results, the prevalence of anemia stands out (26%), which is within the range to affirm that it is a public health problem. Among the demographic factors related to anemia, the following stand out: incomplete high school education (47.2%), marital status of partner (69.4%), work occupation of housewife (40.3%). In the clinical factor gestational age (41.7%), are of I and II trimester of pregnancy, inadequate consumption of proteins (62.5%). In the economic factor a remuneration minina vitae of 750-930.00s/ (38.9%), which are economically dependent on the parents (50.0%)
