This research entitled: "PERCEPTION OF THE QUALITY OF NURSING IN ADULT CARE LARGEST USER OF THE HOSPITAL OF QUILLABAMBA, CUSCO 2017", this research was object of determine the perception of the quality of nursing care in the elderly user of the Hospital of Quillabamba, Cusco 2017. Type of study: descriptive, transversal; applied in a population of 72 hospitalized older adults. Arriving at the results: 34.70% of older adults have 60 to 69 years, 33.40% is 80 to 89 years old. 61.10% are female. 51.40% of older adults are married (as). 29.10% don't have any level of instruction, 27.80% have primary incomplete. 29.20% comes from the city of Quillabamba. 29.20% have the diagnosis of a metabolic disease. 37.50% of elderty had a time of hospitalization between 4 to 6 days, the 30.60% had between 1 to 3 days of hospitalization. the perception about of the quality of nursing care, the dimension of accessibility to the 70.80% of ederly is regular; the dimension: explains that is regular 41.70%; in dimension: comfort. is regular 51.40%; in dimension: anticipates is regular 54.20%; in dimension: maintains confidense relationship is regular 59.70%; in dimension: monitors and makes monitoring is regular 59.70%. In general, the perception of the quality of nursing care according to older adults who come to the Quillabamba hospital is regular for 50%, the 26.40% indicate that it is bad and 23.60% indicate that it is good.
