Abstract: El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo describir la percepción de seguridad del
visitante en la ruta a la montaña de colores VININCUNCA, cusco 2021. En relación a la
metodología de la investigación, el alcance de estudio fue descriptivo de diseño no experimental.
La población estuvo constituida por 120 visitantes, compuesta mayormente por adultos a 18 años,
de la misma forma la muestra es no probabilística, la técnica que se utilizó es la encuesta y como
instrumento el cuestionario, los cuales permitieron llegar a los siguientes resultados: La variable
precepción de seguridad en la ruta a la montaña de colores VININCUNCA fue calificado como
regular, tal como se evidencia en los resultados donde el 45% de los encuestados que visitaron a
la montaña calificaron a la variable seguridad como regular, de la misma manera el 42% calificaron
como bueno. Eso fue debido que los visitantes que siguieron la ruta a la montaña de siete colores
presentaron peligros graves ya que los guías que acompañaron no estuvieron pendientes ante
cualquier posible de amenaza de riesgo al no contar con los instrumentos adecuados y necesarios
para la seguridad de cada turista para evitar inconvenientes.
The objective of this research was to describe the visitor's perception of security on the route to the VININCUNCA colored mountain, Cusco 2021. Regarding the research methodology, the scope of the study was descriptive with a non-experimental design. The population consisted of 120 visitors, composed mostly of adults to 18 years, in the same way the sample is not probabilistic, the technique used is the survey and as an instrument the questionnaire, which allowed to reach the following results: The variable perception of safety on the route to the mountain of colors VININCUNCA was rated as regular, as evidenced by the results where 45% of respondents who visited the mountain rated the variable security as regular, in the same way 42% rated as good. This was due to the fact that the visitors who followed the route to the Seven Colors Mountain presented serious dangers because the guides who accompanied them were not aware of any possible threat of risk because they did not have the adequate and necessary instruments for the safety of each tourist to avoid inconveniences.
