This project seeks to increase customer loyalty to a veterinary center, provided as an exclusive product to affiliated customers, having as a benefit, the identification and control of your pet in an easy and safe way. The proposed solution consists of a low-frequency chip (RFID) very similar to the tags in shopping malls, where these chips are used to prevent loss or theft of footwear, textiles or even food, but in this case, use the same technology, but intradermally, which comes in a capsule presentation, in which the implantation procedure is simple, and consists of inserting a microplatelet (size of a grain of rice), in the neck of the animal. This intradermal tag will allow the animal to be identified by an ID, being registered in an information bank and carry out a detailed control. Likewise, as part of an exclusive service, the client will be able to access and interact on a virtual platform/store, in which the owner will be able to purchase services for their pet, even a social network. where your pet shares their experiences. As main conclusions, it is worth mentioning that the development of the proposed information management system must be evaluated through a quality model recognized as the one proposed by the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, so as to ensure adequate compliance with its requirements.
