One of the most shocking events that occurred in 2020 in our country was the mandatory confinement, caused by the Coronavirus - COVID-19 pandemic, where millions of people around the world began to develop the teleworking modality. Despite this, many of these people did not feel prepared to face this new change in work modality, because most of their work is operational and commercial, this for them would mean job losses, stress and other ills caused by compulsory confinement. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship to teleworking, the adaptation process and the job performance of the administrative staff of the Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático - ESAD, and the effect of these on the balance of their work, aspect family, exhaustion or physical and mental wear and job satisfaction, in the context of the health emergency caused by COVID-19, developing based on the characteristics given in the job performance in times of teleworking of all administrative staff of the School Superior of Dramatic Art - ESAD and its adaptation process in it, within the framework and context of the confinement due to the pandemic caused by COVID - 19, therefore, at the end of this investigation it was concluded that the administrative staff of the Higher School of Dramatic Art – ESAD, developed a positive and significant link in terms of institutional change and a negative relationship in terms of to remote work activities, concluding that both results should be worked on with much and greater priority and importance so that this modality of teleworking can give positive results in the productivity of administrative staff.
