The research work was carried out with the purpose of establishing the proposal of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System to minimize accidents for the savings and credit cooperative company SAN HILARION-San Juan de Lurigancho. The system allowed the organization to manage the risks related to its activities mainly in the risk area since the problem was detected there using the management tools learned (Pareto, Ishikawa) in order to provide a safe work environment preventing accidents and occupational diseases to employees. This will make it possible to comply with the provisions of the current legal regulations of the country. Subsequently, the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and Control Measures Matrix (IPERC) was drawn up, determining that Tolerable risks represent 50%, Moderate risks 50%, Important risks 0% and Intolerable risks represent 50%. 0% for what is considered a situation that puts the safety of employees at risk. Based on this, the Occupational Health and Safety Policy was proposed.
