Abstract: La investigación titulada “CALIDAD DE VIDA LABORAL EN PERSONAL DE SALUD
DE SERVICIOS CRÍTICOS DEL HOSPITAL REGIONAL DEL CUSCO – 2021”. El
objetivo establecido fue determinar el nivel de calidad de vida laboral del personal de
salud de servicios críticos del Hospital Regional del Cusco. La metodología fue de
tipo descriptiva, transversal y de diseño no experimental. La población estuvo
conformada por 180 trabajadores del personal que labora en servicios críticos del
Hospital Regional del Cusco, la muestra final fue de 124 trabajadores, se aplicó el
test de CVT GOHISALO para medir la calidad de vida en el trabajo.
En cuanto a los resultados obtenidos el 70.2% del personal de servicios críticos son
de sexo femenino y 29,8% masculino, el 33,9% tenían de 31 a 40 años de edad; el
37,1% tenían de 1 a 4 años de tiempo de servicio, el 89,5% proceden del área
urbana. En cuanto al nivel de calidad de vida laboral el 36,3% tenían un nivel de
calidad de vida laboral regular, mientras que el 33,9% poseían una calidad de vida
laboral mala. Para el caso de la dimensión relacionada con el propio objeto de trabajo
el 77,4% tenían una calidad de vida de nivel bueno, la dimensión relacionada al
individuo y su relación inmediata con el trabajo el 41,1% tenían una relación regular.
The research entitled "QUALITY OF WORK LIFE IN HEALTH PERSONNEL OF CRITICAL SERVICES OF THE REGIONAL HOSPITAL OF CUSCO - 2021".
