The following work of professional sufficiency seeks to propose a pedagogical proposal from the socio-cognitive-humanist paradigm approach for the development of socio-emotional skills aimed at students of the first year of secondary school of a parochial educational institution, based on theoretical foundations and the development of learning activities. In such a way that such programming is designed so that students develop certain capacities, skills, attitudes and values, for an integral formation and they can be able to adapt in the environment that they develop and face changes that are generated in that context. To do this, the first chapter presents the job description, diagnosis, objectives and justification. In the second chapter, he presents in depth the cognitive and socio-cultural contextual theories that underlie the good performance of pedagogy. Finally, in the third chapter, it shows the curricular programming, which includes the general programming, the specific one, the support materials and the process and final evaluations.
