This action plan entitled: "Curricular Management to Guide the Planning of Teachers of the I.E.I. Independence B -1 of the District of Alto Selva Alegre, arises from the analysis of our context and responds to the prioritized problem, that of considering that individualized work in curricular planning does not allow us to achieve common goals and that divided efforts also have an impact on the work environment and can also create conflictive situations that can lead to a break in interpersonal relationships where the most affected would be the student and therefore the Institutional Image. Curricular management commits a reflective action, by the management and teaching staff, regarding the activities to be carried out within the framework of a planning where a set of adequate inputs for educational action must be provided, but this must be linked to the work collaborative and interpersonal skills that this type of work requires, taking into account that the future vision must be common and viable goals that help students improve their learning and achieve children with biopsychosocial development that the country needs. With the use of an adequate methodology, and precise selection of the type and design of participatory research, the causes and consequences of the perceived problem have been established, for this reason, it is that in this Action Plan the main objective is " Improve Curricular Management to guide the planning of teachers through the implementation of collaborative work in the I.E.I. Independencia B-1, of the district of Alto Selva Alegre- Arequipa "which will allow the professional meeting between director and teacher through planning, monitoring, accompaniment and evaluation to improve teaching performance and achieve better learning.
