Abstract: El presente reporte de investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el grado de relación entre
el compromiso organizacional y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores del Hostel
Ecopackers en el año 2018; la investigación es de alcance descriptivo-correlacional, con
diseño no experimental, la población de estudio fue de 25 trabajadores nombrados, la
muestra no probabilística fue de 20 trabajadores, se empleó la técnica de la encuesta y el
cuestionario ha sido el instrumento, el mismo que fue validado por medio del criterio de
expertos. Las conclusiones permiten evidenciar lo siguiente: El compromiso organizacional
de los trabajadores del Hostel Ecopackers en el periodo 2018 es excelente para el 55 % de
los mismos; mientras que, por dimensiones, en la dimensión componente afectivo, el 75%
valora como excelente; en la dimensión componente de continuidad, el 50% califica como
bueno; en la dimensión componente normativo, el 70% califica como bueno. El nivel de
satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores del Hostel Ecopackers en el periodo 2018 es valorado
como bueno para el 80% de los trabajadores; en cuanto respecta a las dimensiones: en la
dimensión significación de la tarea, el 55% califica como excelente; en la dimensión
condiciones de trabajo, el 70% califica como bueno; en la dimensión reconocimiento
personal y/o social, el 65% califica como deficiente; en la dimensión beneficios económicos,
el 65% califica como regular. El grado de relación entre el compromiso organizacional y la
satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de Ecopackers Hostel en el periodo 2018 es
significativo con un valor de r = 0,542 (p<0,05) quedando verificado que se acepta la
hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la hipótesis nula.
