The aim of this research study was to describe the students’ level of satisfaction about remote learning at the National University of the Peruvian Amazon, Iquitos 2020. The research was descriptive in type with field study, contemporary transectional and univariate designs. The study population consisted of 1,824 students with a randomized stratified sample of 317 with proportional affixation. The data collection tool was a valid and reliable Likert scale. Results show that the highest category of remote learning satisfaction was “moderately satisfied” with 58.4%. Similar results were obtained in its dimensions: Remote learning-teaching infrastructure: 54.9% moderately satisfied, LMS and online teaching tools skills: 54.6% moderately satisfied, online learning-teaching methodologies: 55.2% satisfied, and of learning assessment: 43.2% moderately satisfied. In conclusion, most students in the study population were moderately satisfied to emergency remote learning at the university.
