The present study aimed to determine the relationship between teacher telework and the perception of productivity of teachers at the primary level of private schools, in times of COVID-2019 in the district of San Juan de Liriano, 2021. The applied methodology is quantitative, based on basic type of correlational descriptive level, the design is non-experimental. The population is made up of 2,626 teachers, the sampling is for convenience or accessibility to 150 teachers. In the data collection the survey was used; The Likert scale was used; validity was made by expert judgment. Cronbach's Alpha was used for reliability and SPSS 26 was used for the correlation of the variables, the statistical graphs for each variable and dimension were analyzed and interpreted. In conclusion, there is a moderate positive relationship between the teacher telework variable and the productivity perception variable, obtaining a coefficient of 0.437, and a bilateral significance level of 0.000, therefore, the hypothesis is accepted, stating that there is teacher telework is significantly related to the perception of productivity of teachers at the primary level of private schools, in times of COVID-2019 in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho, 2021.
