The present research work formulated to opt for the Master's Degree in Public Management, proposes the main objective of determining the relationship between the Organizational Climate and the Satisfaction of Personnel working in the Commercial Management of the EPS. SEDACUSCO S.A. for the year 2019. The design used is descriptive correlational, the population involved is made up of 35 employees working in Commercial Management of the EPS. SEDACUSCO S.A., surveying a total of 35 employees, the instrument being applied two surveys, one designed for the measurement of Organizational Climate and another for the measurement of Personnel Satisfaction; instrument validated in the scientific field from the measurement of the Cron Bach Alpha value for whose surveys a value of 0,959 and 0,846 respectively was obtained, concluding that the applied surveys show acceptable reliability. After completing the study, the main conclusion reached was to confirm that there is a positive relationship between the Organizational Climate and the Satisfaction of the Personnel of the Commercial Management of the EPS.SEDACUSCO S.A. for the year 2019, observing regular levels of Organizational Climate and Personnel Satisfaction, a situation that leads to propose recommendations that contribute to substantially improve the levels of perception of the variables studied here.
