Introduction: For athletes to improve their performance and coaches to optimize their athletes’ preparation. A study was carried out to determine the relationship between the sprint starting technique and the vertical jumps Squat (SJ), Counter Movement Jump (CMJ) and Abalakov Jump (ABK) at the National Athletics Federation. Material and methods: Through a substantive or basic quantitative study with a non-experimental cross-sectional correlational design that included athletes from the National Athletics Federation in the sprint starting technique test. The main variable was the starting technique, the three-dimensional (3D) photogrammetry technique was used optoelectronic cameras VICON and platforms AMTI Mod. AccuPower, data processing was done with Nexus software ver. 2.7 and Vicon Polygon 4.4.3. P-values, prevalence ratios and their 95% confidence intervals were obtained using regression and correlation models. Results: A total of 20 athletes were evaluated, a significant negative and positive relationship was found in the action phase of the starting techniques and the vertical jumps SJ (start, push and flight phase) CMJ (start phase and thrust) and ABK (start phase), The model explains the contribution of 41.91% (SJ), 39.64% and 17.335% (ABK) to the momentum in sprint techniques starting. There is a statistically significant negative and positive relationship between the sprint starting technique and the vertical SJ, CMJ y ABK. The increase of one thousandth of a second in the time of action of the center of mass (SJ), an increase of one newton in the Maximum vertical force and an increase of one degree in the knee flexion angle (ABK) has a multiplicative impact on the mean of the impulse in the sprint start technique.
