The present research aims to find the relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction in adults from Metropolitan Lima who are working in a situation of social isolation as a consequence of COVD-19 during 2020. In this research, a sample was used of 108 workers between 20 and 35 years old, with an average age equal to 25.7 years, of which 72 were women (67%) and 36 men (33%) with different occupations in Metropolitan Lima, and with work modality: face-to-face work, remote work (DU N ° 026-2020), perfect suspension of work (DU N ° 038-2020) and resumption of activities (DS N ° 080-2020-PCM). For this study, the AU-10 professional self-efficacy scale was used, a version adapted by Calderón, Domínguez and Arroyo (2018) from the study by Maffei, Spontón C., Spontón M. and Castellano (2012); to measure self-efficacy, and the S21 / S26 job satisfaction scale, version adapted by Domínguez, Calderón and Arroyo, (2016) of the study by Meliá, Pradilla, Martí, Sancerni, Oliver and Tomás, 1990, to measure job satisfaction. This is a correlational, cross-sectional and non-experimental investigation. The results found show that there is a significant positive correlation p <.01, with a mean level of 0.42; Regarding the first specific objective, it was found that for the self-efficacy variable, the predominance of scores is located mostly at the high level in the study sample; in the same way, it was possible to find in the sample position, a greater predominance of high scores for variable job satisfaction.
