An aguaje plantation of 25 five years old was monitored with the objective of handling in the Forest Teaching and Investigation Center in San Juan Bautista, Loreto Peru. Different planting distances was evaluated (3 m x3 m; 4 m x 4 m; 5 m x 5 m y 6 m x 6 m). The registered parameters were individual numbres, partial and total height, number of living leaves, death, survival and soil. The results indicate that statistically doesn t exist different effects in the planting distances about the average of total and partial height. There are different efects statistically in the planting distances about the average of the diameter and orientation (°) of the leaves, where the distance of 6 m x 6 m ranks the first place with 39,06 cm and 3,96°respectivelly, in both cases. There aren t different effects statistically in the planting distances about the average of the number of living leaves. In the sate of plant predominates the regular and the best with 55,5% and 37,7% in the aguaje plantation. In the sex of the plant predomínate the levogira category (64,8%) respect to the dextrogiras plants (35,2) in the aguaje plantation. There isn t a significant statistical dependence relation between the planting distances with the state and the sex of the plant with 95% of confiability. The analysis results of the soil indicate that predomínate the clayey texture with a acidity average of (pH) of 4,98.
