The present research had the general objective of evaluating the effect of the tutorial program on the improvement of school coexistence in students of the 5th year of secondary school of the Educational Institution for Minors Primary and Secondary Nº 61010 Fernando Lores Tenazoa, Iquitos 2019. The type and design of research it was evaluative and quasi-experimental, respectively. The total population consisted of 117 students and a sample of 60 students divided into two groups. The experimental group 30 students and the control group with 30 students. The data collection instrument was a school coexistence questionnaire, which was validated through the judgment of experts, obtaining a score of 87.0 (87%) and a reliability of 87.0 (87%), which shows that the instrument was valid and reliable for your application. The descriptive analysis of the data shows that after the application of the tutorial program, the experimental group went from 83.3% to 0.0% of students with poor school coexistence, likewise from 16.7% to 56.7% of students with regular school coexistence and from 0.0% to 43.22% of students with good school coexistence, totally significant results for the investigation. For its part, the dimension interpersonal relationships, norms, values and participation also show significant changes. For the hypothesis test, the t-Student statistic was used for related samples, which determined that the effect of the tutorial program was significant to improve school coexistence, with a p-value = 0.000 <0.05.
