The objective was to determine the association between the variables: age, sex, marital status, family economic income and family business background with entrepreneurship in health in students from the third to fifth level of the Faculty of Nursing of the National University of the Amazon Peruvian from the city of Iquitos during the year 2018. The method used was the quantitative and the non-experimental design of correlational type. The population was 113 students from the third to fifth enrolled in the second semester of 2017. The sample consisted of 100% of the population, assigned by non-probabilistic sampling for convenience. The techniques were the survey and the instruments were the questionnaire and the entrepreneurial scale of Sánchez and Baixauli (Validity = 0.806 and Reliability = 72.11%). The data was analyzed with the SPSS 22.0 program. The inferential statistical tests were the Chi Square (X2), and the Contingency Coefficient (CC), with α = 0.05 and confidence level of 95%. Results: Of the 100.0% (113) students, 51.3% (58) students had high entrepreneurial endeavors, no statistically significant association was found between entrepreneurial entrepreneurship with: age (p = 0.074), gender (p = 0.299), state civil (p = 0.143), family economic income (p = 0.220), and family business background (p = 0.220). Conclusion: Entrepreneurship is independent of age, gender, marital status, family economic income and family business background, in students from the third to fifth level of the Faculty of Nursing of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon of the city of Iquitos. during the year 2018.
