The present investigation looks for the relation that exists between the alimentary habits, caloric ingestion with nutritional status, with the participation of the indigenous students of the Peruvian Amazon. The menus offered in the dining room of said organization will be evaluated. The research is quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional design. Data collection techniques will be used through the application of surveys, direct weighing and evaluation of nutritional status through measurements (weight and height, with diagnosis according to BMI), skin folds, abdominal circumference with the help of specialized instruments that provide maximum safety and precision in the results. The sampling to be applied will be non-probabilistic for convenience, with a sample of 76 students. With the data we obtained we will present the nutritional status in which the indigenous students are thin, normal, overweight, obesity of the organization. It was found that the nutritional status according to the IMC / E indicator 86% are with normal BMI, 11% overweight, 3% thinness. The indicator T / E 51% are normal and 49% are short. Adult BMI indicator 66% are normal, 29% overweight and 5% obesity. The PA 95% are at low risk and 5% are at high risk. The tricipital skin fold indicator 43% are overweight, 39.2% normal, 13.9% mild malnutrition, 4% moderate malnutrition. Finally, a statistically significant relationship was found between eating habits, caloric intake and the nutritional status of indigenous students.
