The research was proposed with the objective of identify the factors influencing intraoperative hemodynamic variability in patients with arterial hypertension operated for cholecystectomy under spinal anesthesia, Regional Hospital from Loreto 2019 - 2020. Materials and Method: An academic work was carried out with a non-experimental, analytical, prospective and transverse research; The technique used was data collection, which was developed through a "Data Collection Sheet" with the objective of applying it to the population through Medical Records. Justification: Hypertension is frequently associated with the degree of deterioration of their vital functions; This is a problem which is related to anesthesiologists, since they will have to take this pathology into account to proceed with anesthesia. Due to the aforementioned, this research aims to obtain results within the national context about the factors that influence intraoperative hemodynamic variability in hypertensive patients undergoing cholecystectomy. The identification of the factors that influence the intraoperative hemodynamic variability in hypertensive patients can help in the treatment advice and the therapeutic medical optimization in the pre and postoperative period, having as main beneficiaries the patients, reducing complications in the operative period for thus providing greater safety to hypertensive patients.
