The purpose of this paper is to determine how the public procurement process affects the administrative management of the registration area Nº IV - Iquitos, of the National Superintendence of Public Registries, 2018, which allows analyzing the level of knowledge, implementation and The effects of these on the institutional management, for the study, we have taken the opinion of 22 SUNARP servers as a sample for the study, this determined that 64% of workers know the scope of the law on public contracts, 73% know the hiring modalities indicated in the law, 50% know the instruments that are used in the management in hiring, it was also identified that 73% of the workers declare that I receive little, very little or did not receive training, it was also concluded that 82% of workers consider that the procedures related to hiring in the entity are implemented in a manner At the appropriate level, 86% consider that the adequate use of resources is favored, 64% are satisfied with the contracting management, 68% consider that the contracting plan is properly executed, and 59% state that they are considered resources either goods and / or the contracting of services required for good management in the institution and that the public procurement process has a positive impact on administrative management since 91% of these affirm that the management is adequate.
