The present investigation must respond to the following general problem: How will the quantity of containers that will be presented in the training process decrease? The general objective being the reduction of defects in glass containers as well as the efficiency of the glass container forming machines from OI (Owens Illinois). The hypothesis that must be contrasted is: "Redesign the cooling system in the molds in the zone of formation of the containers of the company OI of the city of Lima, 2019". The type of research is applied, with a level of descriptive-explanatory research and with an experimental design. The fundamental conclusion is to redesign the cooling system in the molds, the number of discarded containers that have defects of inadequate refrigeration has been reduced, contributing to the production efficiency by 2%.
