In the following project, more than a simple entrepreneurship, will be presented, a sustainable and scalable business idea that, if made a reality, will solve part of the problem that affects all Peruvians of maintaining proper hygiene in public places. This product is soap paper, a cellulose sheet that, thanks to its technology, turns into soap when it comes into contact with water without leaving any residue and allowing proper and efficient hand cleaning. In addition, this product has attributes such as practicality and easy use, since it is designed to fit in your pocket, with the case being smaller than a credit card. To validate the acceptance of A la mano, interviews with users and experts as well as experiments were carried out. Among them, different significant learnings were obtained which allowed us to know more about the users, managing to develop a value proposal according to the expected needs and a satisfactory product. Likewise, the strategic plan, the operations plan, the human resources plan, the marketing plan, the corporate social responsibility plan and the financial plan were carried out in order to carry out the necessary strategies for the viability of the project and the sustainability of the business in the short, medium and long term. Finally, it was concluded that the project is profitable, having financial indicators that demonstrate it.
