The objective of this research work is to prevent back-lumbar risks that cause occupational diseases through the use of a prototype of lumbar belt with sensors in the workers of the “A” plant of the production company of posts with wet concrete, to achieve the 04 proposed objectives were developed 06 chapters. The present research work has a mixed approach because it is developed in a qualitative way in which the ergonomic factors that lead to developing the back-lumbar risks are identified and quantitative because the statistical calculations of occupational accidents of the years 2017, 2018, 2019 will be studied. and 2020. According to the comparison of the study of the statistical calculation of work accidents for 2017, there were 18 work accidents, of which 08 diagnoses were due to acute mechanical low back pain and for 2018 there were 30 work accidents and 10 of them were diagnoses due to acute mechanical low back pain and by applying the lumbar belt prototype with sensors together with the training on ergonomic factors and safe work procedures, it was possible to reduce work accidents, having in 2019 a total of 08 unwanted events with 02 diagnoses for acute mechanical low back pain and by 2020 there was 01 unwanted event and no diagnosis for acute mechanical low back pain. Therefore, it is concluded that with the corrective measures implemented in plant "A" of the production company of posts with wet concrete, the result of the objectives was optimal, thus creating a healthy, comfortable and safe environment for the company's workers.
