Today the construction and reconstructions in Peru; roads and in buildings; it is consolidated, as, one of the sector with more movement in the market, not only economically but also because of what each construction represents socially. In a country like ours, where growth is increasing, and mostly without control, due to this it leads us to have a high rate of disposable concrete; without giving it a positive use for society and the environment, where we are only collecting it in clandestine places without control or using it for a massive endless filling and without measuring the consequences in the future. Considering the importance of the growth of our society structurally, due to the same development we find ourselves in the obligation as engineers to propose new ways for future constructions, applying new methodologies in construction such as incorporating a percentage of waste product of other constructions, in new projects with the intention of mitigating environmental, economic and social problems in the long run. This project has the purpose of being able to mitigate the environmental impact, generated by the recycled concrete waste; coming from the phases of a work, be it road construction, structures or sanitation, as is the case. Making an inclusion of recycled concrete in an adequate percentage that achieves better characteristics, given the plastic deformation of clay soils, these will be 7%, 11% and 21% of concrete crushed to a granulometry not greater than 2 ", admissible measure by the MTC race design manual in soils with low bearing capacity such as clays in order to substantially improve the bearing capacity of the soil using the CBR method. With these new processes we would be achieving a healthier environment, a longer useful life of the raw material and less exploited. Projects with better quality in terms of duration. Economically, allowing routine maintenance costs to be lower over time; where the Peruvian citizen would be the most benefited.
