The present research work was carried out in the company TECNOSUR S.A.C.; Aims to describe the promotional mix made by the company mentioned in the district Santa Ana, province of La Convención- Cusco. The type of research of the present work is basic, of quantitative approach, non-experimental design and of descriptive scope; The study population consisted of 77 intermediary clients of the company, from which information was collected through a questionnaire elaborated specifically for this work. The results of the investigation determined that the promotional mix made by TECNOSUR S.A.C. Period 2017, is perceived by 64.9% of the intermediary clients from time to time (sometimes), which has an average of 1.98 according to the measurement scale, which shows that the promotional mix carried out by the company is developed inefficiently And that there are some aspects that need to be improved when applying the tools of the promotional mix and its different activities. The overall results of the dimensions according to the perception of the clients are: Advertising almost never with an average of 1.42; Public relations, sometimes, with an average of 1.79; Promotion of sales, almost always, with an average of 2.48; Personal sales, sometimes, with an average of 2.28; And finally social media, sometimes with an average of 2.08, according to the scale established.
