The general objective of this study is to determine the difference in the chromatic stability of a resin Herculite (kerr), Filtek Z250 XT (3M), Opallis (FGM) subjected to different pigmenting substances: coffee, tea, wine, chicha morada and coca cola in cusco in 2019. Methodology: the type of study is pre-experimental, longitudinal, prospective and laboratory. The population consisted of 72 samples measuring 8mm in diameter by 3mm, which were distributed as follows: 5 study units of HERCULITE precision resin (KERR), 5 study units of Filtek Z250 XT resin (3M), 5 study units of OPALLIS resin (FGM); for each pigmenting substance (coffee, tea, chicha morada and coca cola); and 4 study units of each resin brand for the control group. The technique used was observation, through an observation sheet which was prepared exclusively for the investigation, consists of 4 sections for each pigmenting substance where the three resins under investigation are included which was made longitudinally. Measurements were taken using the data collection sheet mentioned above. 24 hours (1 day), one week (7 days), one month (30 days) and 45 days after submerging the samples in the pigmented substances At each measurement, the shade was recorded with the easyshade de vita spectrophotometer. Results: Hercuite Precis (KERR) resin is the most chromatically stable since it has a mean variation of 1.39, which represents the lowest, followed by Filtek Z250 resin (3M) which has an average of 1.59, and finally the opallis resin (FGM) who presented an average of 1.72, which represents the highest mean of variation. As for pigmenting substances; tea achieved the highest range of variation in color stability for the three resins, followed by coffee, followed by chicha morada and finally coca cola. Conclusions: the nanohybrid resin with the highest chromatic stability was Hercuite Precis resin (KERR).
