The study “Perception of Organizational Climate in Workers from Surgical Room in Adolfo Guevara Velasco Hospital ESSalud” of Cusco in 2016”. It was a descriptive transverse study, made with 50 workers from surgical room. The population was determinated by probability sampling. The predominated group were nurses (42%), the average age betweenall of them was 45 years, the sex predominated was in women (78%) and working more than 16 years (64%). The standards and level regulations were excessive (44%), as individual responsability were excessive (56%). The interdisciplinary workers group felt threatened 54%. The group of work was little challenger 44%. The work experience was ordinary (54%). There were some troubles with the boss (46%). In relation with cooperation and solidarity was (60%). It doesn’t cover its expectations 50%. Interpersonal relationships were unpleasant (60%). In relation with work development they had an ordinary disposition (50%). The system of performance evaluation between the members of the team of health is excessive 48%. In conclusion workers aren’t proud to belong with the institution.
