On May 25, 2005 came into force Law No. 28518, Law on Labor law training modalities, which are special types of agreements that relate the theoretical and practical learning by performing scheduled tasks and vocational training; introduces a new regulation, to forms of training or job training because it is common to find within any institution or company a group of people who are not necessarily considered as workers of the same if not rather take the figure of trainees or as usually are called “practitioners“. This regulatory framework, on the one hand, leads to that companies are required to be part of a process aimed at building capacity training, because, now, practitioners are considered by many entities, institutions or companies as hand cheap labor, however, perform work of the same level of responsibility as that of a professional or an experienced technician. The law also establishes three fundamental principles which are: First is the principle that the person as a fundamental center of all training process, the second principle which establishes is that of equality without discrimination, he is entitled to the trainee, and finally there is the principle of adaptation to the reality of the training process to ensure their quality and relevance.
