This research paper has been developed taking into account to assess the extent and manner of participation of teachers of UAC the different financial institutions; Knowing that this economic activity is very important for the development of the whole country. Financial institutions who work within the city of Cusco is constituted as the first and most important economic activity in the region, taking into account that any person whether natural or legal access to credit and looking for present work is to know what the degree of financial indebtedness of teachers in the Andean University of Cusco. Also consider how often teachers apply for credits, which types of credit request and that money goes. The overall objective of this research is to determine the degree of indebtedness of teachers ordinarizados Andean University of Cusco in the 2015 period. This study has the following scope: descriptive, non-experimental design and quantitative approach. Our study population consists of 131 regular teachers who currently work within the Andean University of Cusco. As our sample for our study the total number of teachers. The data collection techniques have been the documentary analysis, survey and interview data processing that were processed using the SPSS statistical program. This research consists of five chapters: Chapter I is focused on the problem statement, justification and objectives of the research. Chapter II Theoretical Framework, contains history of research, theoretical bases, assumptions and variables. Chapter III Design Methodology, which consists of: the scope of theinvestigation, population and sample and data collection techniques. Chapter IV Results containing: tables and graphs with their respective interpretations. Chapter V Discussion: Analysis and comparison of literature used and hypothesis testing. Among the conclusions that they arrived in this paper is that ordinarizados teachers can access different sources of financing on normal any other company of Cusco; so that financial institutions see in this an important financing facilities grant greater market, creating there is a high level of indebtedness, because, of the 55 teachers surveyed, all have at least one type of credit With regard to the teachers often ordinarizados access to credit is directly related to their ability to pay, it is the product of its remunerative regime; the frequency with which access to credit is 3 months on average and another group in longer periods of 2 years according to the offers financial market. The types of teachers seeking credit debt in loans consumer and mortgage loans and these mostly destine financial resources in the procurement of goods and recreational activities. Through this paper we seek to inform the frequency, destination and use of financial resources to get teachers of the Andean University of Cusco.
